Articles on Supreme Court ordering State to reconsider the “Freeze” – In the decision handed down by the Supreme Court on August 31, 2017, the State of Israel was told it must “inform the court by September 14, 2017 whether it is willing to reconsider the implementation of the Western Wall framework decision, which was ‘frozen’ in a government decision on June 25, 2017.”

Article: ‘Women get greater representation on religious councils’ – Jerusalem Post, August 2016, according to statistics provided by Hiddush, there are 49 women serving on 40 of the total 132 religious councils in the country, representing just under 17 percent of all council members.
 
Supreme Court ruling on mikvaot, 2016 – On February 11, 2016, Supreme Court Justice Rubinstein accepted stated that the fact that non-Orthodox conversions have still not been incorporated into the State Conversion System does not justify that non-Orthodox converts and Batei Din are denied entry into State-funded Mikva’ot.
